BASSETTI-SAS was founded in 1992 in Grenoble, France, and has its registered office at 4 Avenue Doyen Louis Weil 38000 Grenoble.
BASSETTI is the founder of the Management of Technical Expertise® concept, which involves pooling knowledge to ensure that it remains within the company.
It also offers consulting and training services to help its customers enhance the value of their expertise, by establishing a coherent knowledge management and expert enhancement strategy.
Article 2 – Collection of personal data
Personal data provided by the user
Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “user”).
This includes the user’s first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, location data, the address the user provides when registering for webinars and/or training courses, when requesting a software demo, etc.
Personal data generated by cookies and tracers.

Purposes of processing your personal data
Data collected when using our site is processed for the following purposes in particular:
- Provide a free demonstration of our software solution;
- Managing registrations for webinars and training courses offered by BASSETTI Group;
- Sending newsletters and commercial solicitations.
- To compile statistics and measure the number of visitors to the Services;
- Enhancing our knowledge of the User’s preferences in order to improve his or her experience within the Services, provided that the User ticks the box expressing his or her acceptance, provided for this purpose, at the time of his or her request.

Article 4 – Compliance with the principles laid down in the regulations
In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of European Regulation 2016/679, known as the “RGPD”, this collection and processing of your data on our website complies with the following principles:
Legality, fairness and transparency: data can only be collected and processed with your consent.
Limited purposes: data is collected and processed for one or more purposes specified in our service contracts or in response to your request.

Accordingly, we take all appropriate steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to our staff, in particular to the department concerned by the processing.
Article 5 – Rights of the user of our website
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your data, as well as to request its deletion, to object to its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applicable.

In order for BASSETTI Group to process a request, the user is required to provide proof of identity: first and last name as well as e-mail address, if necessary proof of identity, etc. BASSETTI Group will reply to the user within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, except in special situations.
Article 6 – Sharing personal data with third parties
The personal data collected by our site are not transmitted to any third party, and are only processed by BASSETTI Group within the strictly restricted framework of the company in order to respond to your requests and develop our commercial activity.
However, there may be in the context of a collaboration that data is transmitted to subcontractors within a framework strictly regulated by the RGPD. Article 7 – Management of tracking cookies
Internet browsing is only partially anonymous. In some cases, each machine on the network can be identified by an IP address. When you connect to a server, it records your IP address and can identify your origin (.fr, .net, .be, etc…), your path through the site, the files you have requested and the links that have brought you to the site. Article 8 – Retention period for personal data
Data used for the purpose of sending communications relating to offers, news and events proposed by BASSETTI Group will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection or from the user’s last contact with BASSETTI Group. At the end of this period, BASSETTI Group may contact you again to find out whether you wish to continue receiving our communications relating to our offers, news and events. Your Data will also be destroyed as soon as possible after your request to unsubscribe.
Finally, the connection logs collected, subject to your consent, within the framework of the cookies and other tracers set up on our site, will be kept in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
